Where does Bennett and Palmer ship from?
Our products are imported from many locations, but only ever shipped from Manila – if our store indicates that a product is in stock, that means we have it available in Philippines and it is ready for immediate delivery.
Are my details secure?
Yes – at Bennett and Palmer we take your privacy seriously.
If you pay by Credit Card, we do not receive your credit card details at any time; they are retained securely by PayPal and not transmitted to us.
Your personal email and address details are stored securely and never shared with any other organisation other than our delivery agent when they deliver your products.
How long will my order take to be processed?
Generally we process orders within 24 hours of them being received, although we do not work on weekends.
If you elect to pay by bank transfer, we require confirmation that the money has reached our bank account before we can process the order.
Do I need to register an account to order from you?
No, you can elect to order as a guest, although we will need your personal details to deliver your order!
How can I pay for my order?
At the checkout screen you can select to transfer the money to our bank account. Details are presented when you select that option. If you choose this method, please send us official confirmation of the payment having been made. Once the funds have been cleared in our account we will proceed with your order.
Alternatively, you can pay via PayPal. You don’t even need a PayPal account – just a valid credit card.
If you elect to collect your order from our store, you can pay on collection, but cash only, please.
Sorry but we do not offer a Cash on Delivery service.
You sell alcohol via PhDeli – can I buy alcohol from Bennett & Palmer?
We are sorry but we are not allowed to sell alcohol to consumers, only to alcohol retailers and licensed establishments.

What if I have a problem with my order?
We will do all we can to make sure that you are fully satisfied with your order but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.
If you have any issues or concerns, we ask that you contact us with the details and we will endeavour to do all we can to resolve your problem.
Where do you deliver to and how much does shipping cost?
We deliver to all parts of Philippines. We use local courier services and charge a modest fee.
For delivery within Metro Manila the cost is 150 PHP per order.
For delivery outside Metro Manila the cost is 250 PHP per order.
For orders over 2000 pesos, delivery is free country wide.
You are also welcome to pick up your order from our office – but please contact us in advance to make sure that we have stocks at hand.
Can I collect my order?
You can collect your order from our office during regular office hours – Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm.
Our office is located on the 3rd floor of the Paseo Tesoro Building, 822 A Arnaiz Avenue, Makati. There is limited free parking available immediately in front of the building.
